Refund Policy

At In The Beginning Boutique, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your swaddle, please review our refund policy below:

 

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

            We offer refunds for products returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

            To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  1. Non-refundable Items:

            Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for swaddles that have been used, washed, or damaged.

           We also do not offer refunds for change-of-mind order. 

  1. How to Request a Refund:

            Contact us at info@inthebeginningboutique.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Please include any images to help us understand the issue.

  1. Return Shipping:

            Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was defective, or we made an error with the order.

  1. Refund Process:

            Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

            If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label for the item and issue a full refund or replacement.
